- 1995_96 when Dr.K.M.Abdulla was President and Dr.Premanandan was secretary.

2.Dr.M.Muraleedharan received national IMA Presidents appreciation award for the best adjudged President of a local branch in the in the year 2016, and national Presidents appreciation award in 2019.
3.Received certificate of for the best performance from state IMA for the year 2003-2004 when Dr.K.M. Abdullah was the president and Dr.N.P.Baburaj was thesecretary.
4.Dr.K.M.Abdulla received the best branch president of the state award in 2003-2004.
5.Dr.Premanandan received Dr Shankara Pillai Memorial award for the best secretary of the states in 1996.He also received merit certificate for enrolling hundred percent of members in social security scheme one.Dr.T.A.Sreenivasan received the Dr K .V .G.Kurup Memorial cash award for the best Secretary of the branchin Kerala in 1980-81
6.Dr.K.M.Abdulla received President's special appreciation award for 11 years continuously for his meritorious service as the antiquackery chairman of IMA Kerala State branch
7. Dr. Jeena Baburaj got Dr. Kanak Goel national award( for research about human papilloma virus ) in the national conference of IMA held at Rajahmundry in 2013
